I’m Claire Diaz- a sexologist & relationship coach who practices both clinical and somatic sexology.

Clinical sexology is the scientific study of human sexuality—how our bodies, minds, relationships, and cultures shape our sexual experiences. It’s grounded in research, psychology, anatomy, and evidence-based approaches to understanding desire, arousal, pleasure, and the challenges that can arise in our sex lives.

Somatic sexology, on the other hand, brings the body into the conversation. It recognizes that sexuality isn’t just something we think about—it’s something we feel. Through breath, movement, touch, and awareness, somatic practices help us tune into our bodies, release shame, and expand our capacity for pleasure.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to grow, explore, and redefine what intimacy means to you.
